    Easy solution for your problem:
    – Declare a wall in your location to be the “Project Wall”.
    – Attach an A4/Letter template (Selfie, Name, Project description) to the event invite for people to print out and bring along
    – Have BluTack on-site for people to hang their project specs to the wall
    – Profit!
