    I just listened to another podcast who addressed how to reserve yourself against those spam calls. Don’t know if the link below works for you but it’s the BigerPockets Money Podcast, episode “Rates are falling! | Should I refinance my mortage?” after 21:11 I believe.

    Hey Dave, it’s probably reactive power they are charging you for. They probably don’t care which way the power goes, if you have bad power factor, the lines company don’t like it.
