Dave – I know that you are down on CHIP computer, but you should get one and tinker with it. It needs a mouse, keyboard, USB hub (powered) but it has OS and file space already built in and has WiFi and Bluetooth. It supports composite video (both NTSC and PAL and with the addition of an OS upgrade, a connector and a bunch of resistors, it will support VGA.

Hi all,
You talked about content and design, but in fact you all are giving for many of us the directions, showing what and where to go in design so in some way you make part of many decisions that people that are developing in their jobs in professional development not only the hobby development.
I really like the teardowns (I do mines and repairs in old equipment’s that I have just to know how the old masters did that equipment)and critics about the products because, in my opinion, many times it takes us from some misunderstood or give us new ideas for some problems.
Your work are very important to industry development, and more important in places that don’t have the conditions to people that wants that knowledge.
Bests regards from Brazil.
