While I was listening to this I found the following funny, to me at least:
\LaTeX\ spawned from TeX, which was one of the brainy things Donald Knuth has done out of a need to typeset mathematical expressions better.
Funny thing is Donald Knuth is also the author of the 4-5 volume tome “The art of computer programming” where I’d argue the best reading plan, in the form of a control flow chart I’ve ever come across
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4951411/which-volume-of-taocp-should-i-start-with
While I type this I think the flow chart is applicable to a lot of things, especially the decision box “Interesting ?”
ps if you want to try basic \LaTeX\ then just use “profesional\expert” mode in MS word equation editor.
I’ll join Reddit one day, but I have enough distraction in my life right now, and have been advised against it.
