What about industrial manufactures? As a repair tech for specialized equipment I find it frustrating that manufacturers will not share their schematics and continue to sell us spare parts that fail regularly.

The Ingenuity Mars helicopter has no plutonium dioxide heat source and it’s estimated to use 21Wh (59%of its battery capacity, 35.75Wh, 6 Sony VTC4 Li-ion cells) for night-time survival:
“Electronics assemblies on both base station and helicopter will be kept “warm” (not below−15C) by heaters as required. (…)for night-time survival for typical operation in the northern latitudes in the spring season, and approximatley 10 Wh is available for flight. (…)approximately 90 sec of flight is possible.”

Chris, i have a hard time hearing you. Your voice has a tendency to fade as you finish a sentence. I am usually driving and my car doesn’t connect to my phone, so that doesn’t help..
I have no problem hearing Dave… and now that I’ve gotten used to his accent, I can understand too.🙂
Is it possible to raise your audio level a bit? I have the volume at max.
Love your show, keep it up!
