    Regarding collaborative learning at work. Actually at the 3 letter computer company I worked at, it was just the opposite. Every employee was ranked. All promotions, raises, bonuses and layoffs were done based on the ranking. This encouraged people to NOT help each other and led to a work environment of individuals, no teams. Sad but true. I am glad I don’t work there anymore. Horrible
